Return, Exchange & Service Policy

At Blink Eyewear, all products and services are provided in accordance with Ontario legislation and the College of Opticians of Ontario Standards of Practice, with patient safety, infection control, and informed consent as our priority.


Prescription Eyewear & Custom Products:

Prescription eyewear is a custom medical device dispensed based on a valid prescription, professional measurements, and individualized specifications.

  • All prescription eyewear and custom-ordered items are final sale

  • This includes prescription lenses, prescription sunglasses, specialty lenses, and special orders

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded

Sale pricing, promotions, or discounts do not change the final sale status of prescription or custom eyewear.


Sale & Clearance Items:

All sale, promotional, or clearance items are final sale, including prescription frames and prescription lenses purchased at a discounted or promotional price.
No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.


Repairs & Patient-Owned Frames:

For repairs or services performed on patient-owned eyewear, including frames not purchased from Blink Eyewear:

  • Services are provided at the patient’s request and with informed consent

  • Blink Eyewear is not responsible for breakage, damage, or failure due to the age, condition, or material of the frame

  • Once a repair or service has been attempted, all fees are final

This policy aligns with our repair waiver and patient-owned frame acknowledgment, which must be accepted prior to service.


Hygiene & Health-Related Products:

Due to health, safety, and infection-control standards, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Eye cleansing products

  • Eyedrops

  • Masks

  • Any product that comes into direct contact with the eyes or face

These items cannot be re-sold once opened or handled.


Regular-Priced, Non-Prescription Retail Items:

Regular-priced, non-prescription retail items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase.

  • No refunds

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase

Blink Eyewear reserves the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if an item shows signs of wear, use, alteration, or cannot be safely resold.


Refund Method (Where Applicable)

If a refund is legally required (for example, due to a billing error), refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Service fees, shipping, and handling charges are non-refundable.


Policy Updates & Acknowledgement

Blink Eyewear reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Return, Exchange & Service Policy at any time in accordance with applicable Ontario legislation and regulatory standards. The policy in effect at the time of purchase or service will apply.

This policy is available in-store and online. Proceeding with a purchase or service constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
