Referral Rewards Program
At Blink Eyewear, our practice has always grown through trust, relationships, and word of mouth. When you tell a friend or family member about us, it truly means the world — and we want to say thank you.
This Program is our way of showing appreciation to the patients who support our small business and help our Blink community grow. When you refer someone new to Blink Eyewear, you’ll earn a little thank-you for sharing your experience with us.

The Program is open to current Blink Eyewear customers who are residents of Ontario and at least 18 years of age.

For every new patient you refer, you will receive 25 Blink thank-you(s) once the referral qualifies. blink thank-you(s) can be redeemed toward eligible in-store purchases of prescription eyewear.
A referral qualifies when a new patient:
has not previously visited Blink Eyewear, and
purchases prescription eyewear during their first visit, and
provides your full name at the time of intake as the referring customer.
Referrals must be identified at the time of the new patient’s first visit and cannot be added retroactively.

blink thank-you(s) may be redeemed toward full-priced prescription frames and lenses only.
Important Redemption Details
blink thank-you(s) cannot be applied to discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale-priced items
blink thank-you(s) cannot be applied to accessories, repairs, or services
blink thank-you(s) may be combined (“stacked”) in a single transaction
blink thank-you(s) must be applied before taxes
blink thank-you(s) have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
blink thank-you(s) are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged
blink thank-you(s) cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases
blink thank-you(s) cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated

Blink Eyewear protects patient information in accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
To safeguard patient privacy, we do not disclose the identity of any individual associated with a referral. Referring customers will be notified only that blink thank-you(s) have been earned, without identifying the new patient. -
Blink Eyewear reserves the right to:
verify all referrals before issuing blink thank-you(s)
delay or withhold blink thank-you(s) where eligibility criteria are not met
revoke blink thank-you(s) if referral activity is found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the intent of the Program

Blink Eyewear may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Rewards Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Blink Eyewear is not responsible for system errors, technical malfunctions, or delays in issuing Rewards. Use of Rewards is at the customer’s own discretion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

blink thank-you(s) apply solely to the retail dispensing of prescription eyewear and do not influence eye examinations, diagnoses, or prescriptions. All prescriptions are determined independently by licensed eye care professionals.
