Warranties
Eyewear sees a lot of life — and sometimes bad things happen to good glasses.
At Blink Eyewear, we’re here to help guide you through the warranty process when something doesn’t seem right.
Our frames and prescription lenses are produced by independent manufacturers and laboratories, each with their own warranty terms.
Warranty coverage is not universal and varies by product, material, and manufacturer.
-
Blink Eyewear acts as a facilitator for all warranty claims.
We assess eligibility, initiate warranty submissions, and coordinate approved repairs or replacements.
Final warranty decisions rest solely with the frame manufacturer or lens laboratory. -
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty timelines, eligibility, and coverage vary by frame and/or lens manufacturer, and specific product.
Prescription lenses are custom-made medical devices and are not refundable once dispensed, except where covered under a manufacturer or laboratory warranty.
Blink Eyewear does not guarantee warranty approval.
Proof of purchase is required, and warranties apply to the original purchaser only.
Clearance, discounted, or “Clear Out / No Warranty” frames are final sale and do not qualify for warranty coverage.
Online frame purchases are subject to our Online Frame Purchases Policy and do not qualify for in-store warranty facilitation.
Warranty claims do not extend, replace, or override Blink Eyewear’s Return Policy.
-
Warranty coverage does not include, but is not limited to:
Accidental damage, impact, or misuse
Loss or theft
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by heat exposure, chemicals, or improper cleaning
Third-party repairs or unauthorized adjustments
Intentional modification or alteration
WARRANTY ASSESSMENT PROCESS
1. Book an appointment
If you believe your frame or lenses may qualify for warranty consideration, please book a 15-minute adjustment appointment.
Important - You must bring your frame and lenses to this appointment so they can be inspected. In some cases, eyewear may need to be sent to the manufacturer or laboratory for further evaluation. If this occurs, you may be without your eyewear for a period of time while the claim is reviewed.
Warranty assessments must be completed in person.
2. Warranty submission & review
If the issue appears consistent with a potential manufacturer defect, Blink Eyewear will initiate a warranty claim with the applicable frame manufacturer or lens laboratory.
Once reviewed, we will notify you of:
Whether the warranty has been approved or declined
What repair or replacement options, if any, are available
Any applicable timelines or conditions
All warranty determinations are made by the manufacturer or laboratory.
Due to the custom nature of eyewear, warranty coverage is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Blink Eyewear facilitates the warranty process but does not control or influence final warranty decisions. Our role is to assess, submit, and communicate outcomes in accordance with manufacturer and laboratory policies.
Warranties do not override or replace Blink Eyewear’s Return Policy. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer or laboratory approval.
