Our online shop currently features curated frame styles from brands we carry in-store. Frames are sold without prescription lenses through the website. Shop here
If you require prescription lenses, lens customization, specialty coatings, or styling guidance, we invite you to visit us in person so we can ensure proper fit and performance.
Are online purchases final sale?
Yes. All online purchases are final sale.
Due to the curated nature of our collections and limited quantities, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on frames purchased through the online shop.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed during designated online shop hours. Shipping timelines vary depending on destination within Canada. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Can I combine shipping for multiple frames?
Yes. If you would like to combine shipping for multiple frames, please email us here to place your order.
In your email, include:
• The list of frames you would like to purchase
• A phone number where we can reach you
• Your full shipping address
We will contact you to confirm details and arrange payment over the phone.
Online Shop Processing Hours
When are online orders processed?
Online orders are processed:
Tuesday through Thursday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Orders placed during this window are typically shipped the same day.
Orders placed outside processing hours
Orders placed:
• After 3:00 PM
• Friday through Monday
Will ship during the next Tuesday–Thursday processing window.
Courier pickups occur in the afternoon. Orders placed after pickup time will ship the following processing day.

Frames purchased through our online shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Coverage, approval, and claim procedures are determined by each brand.
